Part-Time Administrative & Executive Support Assistant plays a key role in keeping Philly Friendship Circle running smoothly behind the scenes. This position provides daily executive support to the CEO, manages essential data entry and CRM records, and assists with development and marketing projects that strengthen our relationships with donors, families, and the community. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy juggling a variety of responsibilities in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
